We cover the greater 30A / South Walton corridor—our van cruises anywhere from Destin to Panama City Beach. If you’re just outside that radius, shoot us a message; we can often squeeze in special trips.

Q: Do you fix non-electric bikes too?
Sure do! While e‑bikes are our specialty, our mechanics are certified in standard bikes as well. If it has two wheels and pedals, we’ll make it happy.

Q: Can I get same-day service?
Most days, yes. Book before 10 a.m. and we’ll do our best to dispatch a tech that afternoon. During peak season we fill up fast, so earlier is always better.

Q: What happens if my bike needs a part you don’t have on the van?
We carry the most common e‑bike components. If something rare is required, we’ll order it ASAP and schedule a follow‑up visit—no extra trip fee.

Q: Do you guarantee your work?
Absolutely. All labor is backed by a 30‑day ride‑tested warranty, and parts are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right—period.
